Making purchases through the Twill e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, which is governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You can place an order through the online ordering process.

During the stages of placing an order, you must first register and create a personal MY ACCOUNT. You can do this by selecting SIGN IN/REGISTER at the top right of the menu.

There, you must fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).

By selecting a product category or collection from the menu, the products of the respective category or collection will appear on the main page. If you want to view all products on a single page, select “View All” at the bottom right.

By clicking on the product you are interested in, you will be taken to the product page, which includes information such as description, fabric, composition, collar or cuff type (for shirts), selling price, and more. In the “Price” field, the current selling price is displayed, and there may be a second or third, lower price in case of a discount.

On the product page, you can also enlarge the image to better see the design details. Additional photos of the product may appear below the main image, while available colors, if any, are shown at the bottom right.

The page also shows available sizes and the size guide, which refers to the company’s measurements to help you order the correct size.

Finally, the “Next Product” and “Previous Product” options allow you to navigate to the next or previous product within the category.

 

Ordering Process – Steps

To add an item to your cart, you must select a size. If a message of unavailability appears when selecting a size, you cannot order that specific size. Then, by selecting “Add to Cart”, the product is added to MY CART. You can continue shopping and add more items to the cart using the same process.

Wishlist

If you choose to add products to your Wishlist instead of the cart, you create a potential shopping list that you can access at any time, order all items or individual ones, or share with friends. You can delete items from MY CART and change the quantity.

Checkout

To proceed to the next step, select CHECKOUT. At this stage, product information is displayed: code, description, selected size, original price, discount (if any), unit price, quantity, and total amount including VAT per line. Next to the code, a small photo of the product is displayed, linking to the detailed product page. You can change the quantity or remove an item from MY CART.

Address

By selecting “Next”, you proceed to the Address page. Here, you provide the delivery address. The default Main Address is the address you registered with. You can update the address, change it, or add a new one. Twill is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not carried out.

Invoice Type

You must select the type of invoice that will accompany your order. In the available field, you can add comments or additional information. By clicking “Next”, you proceed to the Shipping step. Before completing the order, you must check that you have read and agree to the e-shop terms of use by selecting “I agree to the terms of use.”

For orders of €70 or more, shipping is FREE.

For orders under €70, shipping costs are as follows:

According to the ACS company pricing policy for EU countries, shipping charges displayed in the e-shop may vary at any time without prior notice.

 

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is possible in the following cases:

  1. During the ordering process, before completion, you can remove items from the cart by clicking the delete button.
  2. After completing the order but before invoicing/shipping, contact us by phone at 210-9802659 (for calls within Greece only, Monday – Friday, 9:30 – 16:30) so that we can cancel the order.
  3. In case of invoicing but non-receipt: Contact us immediately at 210-9802659 and provide your order details. We will inform you of all available options.
