Twill ships its products using the following methods:
Delivery within 1–5 business days for shipments within Greece, via ACS or BoxNow courier services (calculating the delivery time from the shipping date, not the order date, and counting only business days).
Your order will be prepared on the same day, provided that the item you ordered is available in stock. Otherwise, under the same condition, the order will be prepared on the next business day.
Ownership of the product is transferred after full payment, while the risk is transferred upon delivery.
Additional information may be requested or required to validate your purchase. Therefore, to avoid delays, we invite you to place your order using at least one active and verified or professional email address and a landline telephone number (work or home), so that we can contact you at any time.
Shipping costs are covered by our company. Twill will make every effort to send you the products within the business days listed as the delivery time for each product on the website or in the order confirmation. Please note that a 24-hour delay is entirely expected with regard to delivery, as for security reasons, all orders paid by credit or debit card are subject to verification by Twill.
Twill shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or loss of your parcel by the carrier.
If the parcel is not received within the stated timeframes, Twill will initiate an investigation with the carrier, which may take up to 15 days. During this period, no compensation or reshipment can be made. After the 15-day period has elapsed without resolution, the order is canceled.
If you paid by credit or prepaid card, the amount will be refunded within 10 days following the expiration of the above period. The method of refund will be determined through personal communication via email or telephone, after the required written verification of the details.
In any case, cancellation of the order as described above does not establish any liability on the part of Twill.
