How can I place an order?
You can select the product you are interested in, choose the size and color, and add it to your cart. Then, complete your order by following the simple steps at checkout.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Not necessarily. You can place an order as a guest, but by creating an account you enjoy faster checkout and the ability to track your orders.
What payment methods are available?
We accept cash payments via IRIS Payment, card payments (credit/debit), PayPal, as well as digital wallets such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Are my transactions secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure and certified systems with SSL encryption.
What are the shipping methods?
- Orders are shipped with ACS courier throughout Greece.
- You can choose delivery to a BoxNow pick-up point.
- You can also collect your order from our stores (click & collect).
How much does shipping cost?
For purchases over €70, shipping is free.
For smaller orders, the cost is €2.50.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have the right to return a product within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as it is in its original condition.
How can I exchange a size or product?
You can contact us via e-mail or phone, and we will arrange the exchange immediately, with no charge for the first return.
What happens if the product arrives defective?
In this case, we cover all return costs and send you a new product or issue a refund.
