To complete your purchases in the online store via IRIS Payments:
- select “Generate QR Code” and scan the QR code using your mobile app, or choose your partner bank, and you will be redirected to your e-banking
- enter your security codes in the e-banking or mobile app, the payment details will appear, and you select the account to be charged
- approve and complete the payment
- return to the e-shop
DEBIT / CREDIT CARD
Twill accepts payments by card (debit/credit). Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Discover. The transaction for payment authorization is carried out through our partner bank, ALPHA BANK, which ensures transaction security using the most advanced and certified encryption systems.
Our online store does not store any card or transaction details, only a reference to the completed transaction.
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL
Twill also accepts payments via PayPal (including for EU countries outside Greece).
PAYMENT IN INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS

Interest-free installment payments can be made only with Visa or MasterCard credit cards issued by banks based in Greece and listed in detail in the corresponding list.
There is an option to issue either a retail receipt or an invoice. Invoices are issued to companies and self-employed professionals, provided that during the order, the following information is completed: company name, VAT number, Tax Office, and profession (for self-employed individuals).

For orders totaling €70 and above, shipping is FREE.
For orders below €70, shipping costs are as follows:
