For garments that last, keep their shape, and stay effortlessly elegant.

Proper fabric care is not just about cleanliness — it is a sign of respect for quality.
Follow the guide below to maintain each garment as if it were the first day you wore it.

Twill

What it is: A fabric with a distinctive diagonal weave, known for its durability and structure. Ideal for trousers, jackets, and shirts.
Washing: At 30°C with a mild detergent. Avoid the tumble dryer.
Ironing: Inside out, at medium temperature, using steam for a flawless result.

Poplin

What it is: A fine, smooth fabric — usually cotton — offering freshness and a crisp look in shirts.
Washing: At 40°C with similar colours. No bleach.
Ironing: Medium to high temperature, while the fabric is slightly damp.

Linen

What it is: A 100% natural fibre from the flax plant; cool, durable, and lightweight.
Properties: Airy and ideal for spring and summer. Its natural “crumpling” is part of its charm.
Care:
• Wash at 30°C, without spinning.
• Air-dry; do not tumble dry.
• Iron while slightly damp.

Corduroy

What it is: A cotton fabric with characteristic ridges (“wales”) that give it a unique texture and warmth.
Properties: Ideal for autumn and winter — modern versions are often lighter and softer.
Care:
• Wash inside out to protect the ridges.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Avoid heavy ironing; prefer steam or gentle refreshing.

Wool

Washing: Hand-wash or use a “wool” cycle at 30°C, with a special wool detergent.
Drying: Never tumble dry; lay the garment flat on a towel.
Ironing: Low temperature, with a cloth on top or using steam.

Cashmere

What it is: A luxurious natural fibre from cashmere goats in Mongolia and Tibet. Extremely soft, lightweight, and warm.
Care:
• Hand-wash or use a wool cycle with lukewarm water.
• Use a gentle detergent.
• Dry flat — never hang.
• Store folded.

Note: Natural “pilling” is normal and can be removed easily with a special cashmere comb or brush.

Merino Wool

What it is: Wool from merino sheep — exceptionally fine, soft, and breathable.
Advantage: Ideal for all seasons; durable and comfortable on the skin.
Care:
• Machine-wash on a delicate cycle.
• Dries quickly and rarely needs ironing.
• Naturally odour-resistant.

Cashmere or Merino?
Cashmere offers luxury and warmth.
Merino offers durability and everyday comfort.
Both deserve a place in your wardrobe.

Blended Fabrics (Cotton – Viscose – Polyester / Polyamide)

What they are: A combination of natural cotton with the stability of synthetic fibres.
Advantage: They wrinkle less easily and maintain their shape.
Washing: At 40°C with a mild detergent.
Ironing: Inside out, at medium temperature.

Fleece / Sweatshirt Fabric

Washing: At 30°C, inside out, to protect the surface and prints.
Drying: No tumble dryer — allow to air-dry.
Ironing: If needed, use low temperature and always iron inside out.

Useful Tips

• Always read the care label before washing.
• Do not overload the washing machine; garments need space to be cleaned properly.
• Use fabric softener sparingly, especially on technical or elastic materials.
• For high-fashion garments or delicate fabrics, prefer dry cleaning.
